NasoKart in Clinical Context
NasoKart is Earkart's isotonic saline nasal spray, containing sodium chloride 0.9% w/v in purified water. Presented in a 100 ml pack, it is positioned for daily nasal hygiene — moisturising the nasal lining and supporting gentle saline cleansing of dust, allergens, crusts and excess secretions.
The nose is the body's first air filter. Dry indoor environments, air-conditioning, dust, pollution and seasonal change can all leave the nasal passages dry or congested with secretions. Isotonic saline matches the salt concentration of body fluids, which is why saline sprays are widely used as a gentle, drug-free component of everyday nasal care — including alongside prescribed therapies, where the treating doctor considers it useful.
NasoKart's label reflects a hygiene-first design: it is for external nasal use only, intended for single-person use, and should be used within three months of opening. For infants and children, the label directs that administration should take place under supervision. While NasoKart is not a prescription medicine, Earkart still encourages users to read the label carefully and to seek medical advice for persistent nasal symptoms rather than relying on self-care alone.
Within the Earkart ENT portfolio, NasoKart plays a supporting role around the allergy and congestion range — FlutiKart, FlutiKart OX and OxyKart — reflecting how ENT practice often combines daily nasal hygiene with condition-specific treatment. Like the rest of the range, it is manufactured at a WHO-GMP certified facility in India.
